Here are the details of my GHIII Order:

10/14 Placed Order
10/20 Status Changed to Pre Ordered - Waiting for item
10/28 GHIII Released in Stores
10/31 Status Changed to Shipping Soon

Considering I'm getting a $100 bundle for FREE, I can deal with getting it a little after launch date!

I placed the order on Oct 14th and the status changed to Pre-order on October 21st. I just got word that the GH3 bundle shipped out today so it should be in house early next week. That is $100 worth of free games delivered a week after the street date. You cant beat that.

YourFree360Games had my FREE copy of Guitar Hero III shipped directly from Red Octane so I received the swag that came in their bundle! It included the bundle, the gig bag, a cool guitar strap (not the one included in the bundle, and a guitar hero keychain! ;) Very nice!

I think they are going to continue to fulfill orders this way because amazon is always in and out of stock on GHIII so if you sign up now odds are good you will get the swag too!
