We've had the various case projects (Saturn, N64, DC, etc), and those are fine and dandy.
What about putting CD-size consoles (DC, PS, etc) into Blu-ray and HD cases? They're fairly close in size, so you could use the original artwork if you were lazy. The manuals would also fit in the case.
Just an idea I had while I was on my sabbatical.
