i ordered four games from gamestop used using the 26% off and they sent me this email.

Our hours are Monday thru Friday 8am – 9pm and Saturday and Sunday 8am – 8pm, Central Standard Time.

If we do not hear from you in 48 hours, we will need to cancel your order.

That they need to talk to you?

Seriously though, probably a processing issue with your credit card or a fraud prevention measure. I wouldn't worry about it.
