Just like that half-eaten Big Mac under your bed...

CAGiversary!
the obesity lawsuit against McDonald's will not go away.

Appeals court revives obesity lawsuit against McDonald's

The suit is on behalf of two New York teen-agers who said they ate at McDonald's three to five times a week for years, and blame the company for obesity, diabetes, coronary disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and other ailments.

You know, I think I will also sue BB because they made me eat all those Chicken Tenders so I could afford their buck coupons and now my arse doesn't fit through doors or in airplane seats. And everyone makes fun of me, too.

next thing you know people will find a way to sue McDonalds for their own stupidity
Actually, they should consider suing their parents for bad genes and a lousy upbringing.

Wish they stop acting like they are victims! It was their choice to eat there almost every day of the week.

No fault but their own.

They are just trying to get all the money they gave McDonad's througout the years.

Greedy Jerks!

No the idea is to sue McDonalds since they're a large corporation with lots of money.
mcdonalds made me kill my parents

true story!!!
I'm waiting for someone to bust out with "McDonald's killed my father and raped my mother." Seems like there's an FG reference for just about everything.

These people should be shot. They made themselves fat, and I for one have absolutely no sympathy for their lardy, fat behind.

the best part...can u imagine the lawyers who took this case..i mean, wat was theyr argument..I REPRESENT THESE POOR FAT KIDS!..i bet one of the other things theyr suing for is that cus of mcdonalds, theyr always the 1st ones out in dodgeball!
I'm gonna sue Sony for making me skip class to play their damn video games.
Hell, I might sue CAG.com for making me wate hours on the boards when I should be doing classwork!

..J/K there Mr. Cheapy

Damn, what will it take? Are people not fully aware that eating McDonalds 5 times a week for their entire life could possibly produce heart problems, high cholesterol and eventually kill them? I'm waiting for the day when Mcdonalds has warning labels similar to the surgeons on cigarette boxes on their Big Macs or whatever:

Warning:
This product contains fatty substances that could be potentially harmful if ingested

It is... inevitable.
I'm gonna sue Sony for making me skip class to play their damn video games.
 But video games don't cause physical ailments, unless you're talking about Carpal Tunnel-RSI injuries.

If I remember correctly the defense before was that the kids and their parents weren't educated enough to know salty , greasy delicious food is generally bad for you. Pretty pathetic really, hoping these lawsuits go nowhere.
To quote Larry the Cable Guy:
"I'm gonna sue Hustler for giving me Carpal Tunnel Syndrome."

Classic.
Perhaps Super-size Me should become required viewing for any and all McDonald's customers from now on.
Yeah, they should first buy TV's and put it on endless loop in the store with huge NO SMOKING It's bad for you signs plastered everywhere and employees that triple check to make sure for every customer that they're aware the food they're buying contains harmful oil/fat/sweets.

They should sign release forms that they know it's bad for you and are eating under their own free will.
