If you remember form the "Are you Gay" thread ( http://cheapassgamer.com/forums/showthread.php?t=146206&page=3), I suspected bradsdrink was the return of the almost-scammer Pepsiman. Well, I got this PM from him

Seriously though, a sure candidate for CAG villian of the year this go around. Although, I think that category should be changed to CAG troll of the year. Sometimes a good villian can be amusing, Jimmie pulls it off quite well, though never wins the award.
 
Doesn't dial up still use a differnt IP everytime it signs on? He could be on dial up or at a library so "getting around" an IP ban wouldn't be so hard for him.
