Just won C&C 3 for X360, "near perfect" for $20 shipped off of Ebay

Is this too good to be true or am I a really lucky guy? The seller is mrsjudi. She got good rating. I emailed her to check if the game comes with manual and case, and she replied promptly, "Yes." I started bidding when there were 2 hrs left, and there were only 4 bids at the time. I won as the fifth (and highest) bidder. I am going to Paypal her today. Will update when I got the game.

If she was expecting higher she might make some excuse like it got stolen or she lost it and just relist it a month later. Hopefully she ships it.
