I'm dislexic. I did mean left to right, top to bottom. Some people did it the way I meant and some did it the way I said. I checked against profiles for those I could, If I didn't get it right, tell me and I'll move ya.

(Just an aside, I hate these maps that are inaccurate in their geography. They look good on a weather screen but these always make it look like Maine is this state way in the north, when actually it is much farther south than the Canada/MN,ND,MT,ID,WA border)
