Amazon has King of Fighter XI and Neo Geo Battle Colliseum for $15 each, which is a little cheaper than EBgames. And they're both eligible for free shipping with orders over $25.

If you're only buying one (Or you don't want to have to wait for both to come out), Family Video might be the better route. Price of both is still $15, but shipping is only $.99.

the weird and dumbass thing is that EB isn't getting their shipments (online at least... it's not even in the B&M database) out or in till the end of this month or early december.

I'm still waiting on my KOFXI Family Video order to ship - the site says "in stock", but I haven't gotten a shipment confirmation yet. My status is now "in fulfillment", so hopefully FV will be shipping soon.

I barley know the details on it..The trailer looks mean..i hope it can compare to third strike at least..

how is rock fish..i was thinking of importing that with Arcana Heart.
both the Rumble Fish games are pretty awesome thought I think the second one is a bit more balanced and has a better combo system. Arcana hearts is phenomenal. The one I need to get a torrent or actual game for is Akatsuki Blitzkrieg.

Still no KOF at my EB/stop either.

UPDATE EDIT: Delayed shipping due to weather it seems, KOF was shipped on the 13th by snk. EB/STOP has updated the site to 11/15/07

Its really fun, Oswald and Duck King are my two new favorites. They dwarfed Duo Lon (this is a good thing). Im still trying to figure how to unlock some characters

I ordered both from deepdiscount since I couldn't get the familyvideo coupons to work. Of course as soon as I order the release date of kofxi on their site changes from the 14th to the 23rd...

Is it just me, or do these budget titles never have auto-save on by default? I played for a couple of hours yesterday and was about to shut off my PS2 when I realized I hadn't seen a single save screen. I would've hated to lose the endings and artwork I already unlocked.

I'm pretty sure this has autosave you just have to turn it on in the options menu.

my copy finally shipped. probably won't get it until the monday after thanksgiving, but w/e, just glad it's out.

This sucks, I just received a mail from amazon.
There's a new date for NGBC:
NeoGeo Battle Coliseum"
Release date: 12/04/2007

Same here, oh well. As long as it's not delayed until next year.

yes, you do have to turn it on, most fighting games have it "off" by default

Ditto. Sort of a bummer because it's about to slip out of my free month of Amazon Prime. I don't buy enough stuff to justify paying for the convenience.

Yes, I said as much in my post. I'm just wondering why it can't be on by default since every other game has been doing that for a while now.

Finally got a e-mail from buy.com for my Fire Pro order.
Gonna get KOF soon. Sucks Neo Geo is delayed yet once again.
Anyone know if Samurai Showdown Collection is still coming to the states?

Lmao...I always love teh SNKgrish. I popped in KOF XI today, and when I won with Kula, her win quote was, "Well, my work here is done. Toodles!"

Toodles? Toodles!?!?! Hahaha!

Hm, and maybe it's because I'm playing the game on my PS3 with smoothing/progressive scan on, but it looks noticeably better than it did on my PS2. o_O

My KOF XI and Fire Pro shipped. Too bad they won't arrive in time before I go on vacation. Still waiting for my awesome Grill pan to ship. I can't believe I'm more excited to get a cooking pan than to play KOF XI, Fire Pro, and NeoGeo BC. I must be getting old...

Go hit up the Amazon Prime for $16.80 thread in the Other Deals forum.

Once you go prime you never go back, right Optimus?

And I did not know that KoFXI came out. Amazon needs to alert people when stuff in their cart changes status.
do other stores have KOF in stock besides GS like BB, Walmart and Target?
I doubt it, I rarely seen fighting games at either of those stores that aren't 3d. In my experience anyway.

My copy came in from Amazon on tuesday, haven't had too much time to play it since I also got Fire Pro as well.

I would love to see a Samurai Shodown Collection! I have the latest import Samurai Shodown game ( I think it's number 6). It is awesome and has probably one of the largest rosters of fighters I have ever seen. I would love to get a true arcade port of the first Samurai Shodown, with all the blood and fatalities intact.

ss tenka doesnt have fatalities and neither does ssv
ssv special has fatalities and it would be an awesome packin with tenka.
Last I heard tenka was coming to ps2 by itself.:bomb:
Target carrying SNK games? I highly doubt that I never even see the local targets get SNK games
Snk/playmore is not the real snk. Not by a long shot.;)

it's $20 @ GS B&M. Got it yesterday for my roomie's x-mas present because I couldn't find anyone online with it instock still.

amazon has it in stock for $14.99 and have never seen it out of stock

NeoGeo Battle Coliseum is listed as 12/11/07 (it was 12/04/07 few days ago), is this date reliable? Mainly b/c i have orders bundled with that pre-order (i regret it now, the $5 Darmacy is in it).

For the record, KOF XI is finally in stores. I got mine at TRU for $15, using the GC that came with Mario Galaxy, yay!

You might want to try deep discount dvd they have either title for 13.99 shipped. I have done business with them and their prices are very fair. You also save a buck and a penny over amazon! Hows that for cheap, you dont even have to put in filler to get free shipping.:bouncy:

ah shit grtkev, why didn't you tell me that earlier... damn it!

that's what i like about DD, no fillers needed. Oh well, looks like it's too late to change it now.

note to self, next time check DD before Azon...

Has anyone gotten the US release of KOF XI to work with progressive scan?
The triangle and X button trick at boot up doesn't seem to work and the menus do not seem to have a progressive scan option...

Did anyone else get their NGBC delayed till like 12/19? -_- Now instead of an early birthday present to myself its going to actually be just a birthday present

oh ho ho, Azon did raised the price on NeoGeo BC, the release date is still 12/10/07...

My Rainbow 6 ($19.99) and Darmacy ($4.99) shipped (free, yeah!), but NBC is still on pre-order ($14.99).

Game Crazy sells KoF XI for only $14.99, but they are in limited supplies. Most of the stores in my district only got one in. We sold ours in notime flat, hopefully we get replenished.
