Given that Gamestop has this listed for $30, I do think this is a deal because I can hardly see SNK bringing out a new game at $19.99... but even if this is a false alarm, it's still a steal. The game's shipping 3/28/06 as of right now.

I ordered the game from Gamestop.com
My order status shows it as a 04/18 release.
The weird thing though, my hat was shipped. :lol:

Oh boy, I can't wait to wear it. :|
 
I think this one is either a definate preorder or online Buy..I called 3 local stores and they no longer have a date. DAMNIT I wanted some KOF goodness this weekend. :bomb: Maybe TRU is worth a look. I found Path Of Neo there a week early b4 the release date. And The was an official date too. DAMN.
 
The gamestop I went to had the date in the computer as the 18th now. The EB didnt have it in there computer as a pre release but the sku said it was active so they should be getting it. Who knows though.
 
Gamestop and EB both told me they had no idea when it would be in...luckily Gamecrazy got 1 single copy in that I managed to get.

Glad I decided against waiting to pick this up used...
 
My Gamecrazy doesn't know when they're getting it... kinda annoying waiting for this game... hmm... I also kind of want the hat for this game just so I can run around yelling "Hey, COME ON COME ON!!!!!" and then flick people off. Just like an angry Terry Bogard.
 
Sorry for the late reply...I did find one copy. And after calling practically every EB and GS in the Tri-county Detroit area (TRU too) I found it at Gamecrazy. One copy. So I would try there.
 
Hhhhhwicked. I just got back from Gamecrazy and I have Neowave. Gotta play this with some friends tonight, but the rest of my day is now "non-stop punchfest 2001."

And on a sidenote, Ikaruga is now on Gamecrazy's no can do list... damnit.

Oh, and is Samurai Shodown V any good? I've been debating buying that for a while now...
 
The game is pretty awesome based on what I've played so far... I personally like it a lot better than 02 and I think that after I put a little more time in, I'll prefer it to 03 as well.
 
its pretty cool, its got this one little glitch on live though that only the last match counts toward your record. Almost 0 lag though

Edit: this was in referance to SamSho
 
Are there many people playing on Live yet? I haven't played a game on Live in months since multiplayer typically = overrated... but this could be interesting online.

Wow, they still don't have it? I've already invested 5 or 6 hours into Neowave. damn.
 
Nope, EB (and probably GS) have been real slow getting in the last couple of SNK releases and it's killing me because I want to play as Young Geese Howard.
