King of fighters XIII (deluxe edition) PS3 $24.90 @ PlayAsia.com

Could people that have played this online tell me if the net play is global versus regional? I don't want to be locked out of playing people stateside if I picked this up.
 
But I'm guessing it's not compatible with the US PSN DLC? Or does the Deluxe come with that? Gotta have my iori with flames!
 
Comes with:

- Actual game disc
- Reversible cover art
- Bonus art CD which also shows combo's
- Folded up poster with one side showing Mai Shiranui AND the other side with all the characters moves list

I could care less about any of that stuff except for the moves list which would've been nice.

EDIT: Removed the 4-CD soundtrack since it was a pre-order bonus over there (UK) also so you probably won't get it in this package.

The soundtrack isn't part of the deluxe package though. I believe it was a preorder bonus. It isn't wrapped with the game like the US verison.

Did you get this UK deluxe edition & not get the 4-CD soundtrack? Asking b/c both links I attached showed them having it in the package.
 
It's not in the package in the video though. Its separate. If you look at listings from European sites selling it, it doesn't list the soundtrack. Also ebay auctions don't include it. In addition to various forum posts you can google saying the soundtrack shipped about 2-3 days after most people got the game. Theres even a PR release about it being a preorder bonus here...

Just hoping no one orders it expecting the soudntrack. You'd be better of waiting for the US version to continue to drop.
