$6.95 minimum shipping is the suxor, though. Check out Meritline.com Kingston 1GB SD for about $10 w/free shipping. On the flipside, I just received my Kingston MicroSD card from them, and it can't write to the card (tried formatting in my cell phone and my PC, both give an unwriteable error. Must've been a fluke card, usually Kingston is ok.

That one's good, there's also a PQI brand 1GB SD (I've never heard of PQI) for $9.99. It's a "High Speed 60X". The Kingston is 33X (read speed).

Bonus FYI: From experience, a Micro SD in an SD Adapter seems to be about 1/2 the speed of a full SD card.
