Honestly, what should I do in this case? Go for getting one up from Amazon? Because on Wikipedia I never saw this game released for PC. Is there another site that has it better? I'm not really a fan of driving out to Gamestop's anymore as while the price is good there, I don't get the box.

Well yeah most likely a fake listing as a whole for Klonoa 2 on PC. If you are wanting to get Klonoa 2 for the PS2 now, your best bet is eBay or local stores since most Gamestops now either have their PS2 section cleaned or completely gone.
 
That is not a fake listing, it's just a mistake. If you buy it from there you will get the PS2 version. I do have a disc only copy I'd be willing to spare for $10 shipped.
