By participating in the KontrolFreek Contest and all associated promotions, each Participant must abide by the guidelines listed below.
1. Contest Description: KontrolFreek, LLC will conduct a sweepstakes whereby Participants must enter to win a prize. Participants may submit an entry form to participate. Winners will be randomly selected. Odds of winning the prize are solely based on the amount of entries. Participants must submit their entries beginning March 9, 2012 winner will be selected and announced on March 24, 2012.
2. Eligibility and Limitations: Participation is open to any Country and winner must be at least 16 years of age to participate. Individuals under the age of 16 must be entered into this contest by a parent or guardian. KontrolFreek employees and partners are not eligible to participate. KontrolFreek is not responsible for any customs or duties related to prizes awarded outside the United States.
3. Prize(s):
Airfare for one (1) + COD XP entry for one (1) winner, not to exceed $600. KontrolFreek will not be responsible for ticket and airfare exceeding $600. Travel for prize winner must be coordinated at least four weeks prior to the Call of Duty XP 2012 date.*
*Contingent upon COD XP 2012 taking place. If the event does not occur, the winner will receive the cost of a COD XP 2011 ticket ($150) and a $250 airfare voucher."
