KOTOR Now on Steam for only $9.99!

Quite an amazing deal actually. I checked half.com and Amazon (which has the game listed new for 199.94!!!!), and the cheapest price I found was 10.75 for a copy that was in "very good" condition.

Doesn't support native widescreen resolutions last I heard. There are some hacks available and probably some high res texture mods from what I've heard though.

Taking bets now on how long this thread will go before somebody complains about Steam (seeing as that's what happens every time a Steam thread is created. Well, on the main deals page anyway).
 
NWN and KOTOR were more similar I would say than ME...

Makes me wonder why they didn't just release KOTOR2. Different studio, but still.

The minimum specs aren't really that high.

It would be pushing it.. As much as I would like to play this on the PC, I'd prefer just playing it on Xbox without having to worry about my crappy computer struggling with the game every few minutes.

I managed on my integrated GMA 900 (believe me, it's a POS card). You just need to turn off grass effects because it would always crash at that point.
 
Anyone know if I can play this in window?

I don't feel like jumping through all of the hoops for widescreen support if I don't have to.
