Lack of B2G1F deals on NEW Games

Is it just me or this time last year we had Toys R Us, BestBuy and Target all participating in B2G1 Free on NEW games but this year, no.  Any news on this?

 
Target is having one. You probably already know this as it is on the front page of the deals section.  I do agree Best Buy and Toys 'R Us haven't had one for a long time.
