I remember when I tried to get RE4 in there... fuck. I hope I have better luck tomorrow. I suppose I could stop by the Kingston one if the Poughkeepsie one screws me.

Hopefully, I'll have Z:TP and two new FF games by day's end.

My Circuit City always puts the new releases in the glass case, which is fine, except there's NEVER anyone to get them out for you in the video game section (or the store itself).

Walmart's setup is throw the titles in a random order and pray customers can find it. And don't bother asking the Wallyworld employee where something is. A lot of the time they don't know. Not that it should surprise any of us that a Wallyworld employee would know anything outside of standing around and chewing bubble gum LOUDLY.

Plus, that new CC rule where they won't stock any new games until 5 pm because the ad says so is balls. Best Buy has all their new release games by 10:45 - 11 am usually, so I always PM over there, and while I'm there I just PM all the DVD's I want for the week.

The main reason why it says "available at 5 PM" is so that way if shipping is running a bit behind that day then the store is covered until 5 PM (which is when most if not all UPS shipments are done by). Now yes the store can sell the game before 5 PM but then if the store sells out before 5 PM then a customer can make a case of false advertisement when they come in after 5 PM only to find out that they all got sold BEFORE 5 PM.

The Best Buy here never has a problem taking the CC ad because they know how badly the store is run over here... the manager told the cashiers to always accept a CC ad regardless since they'll just keep coming back. Plus, CC always has one register line open with ONE extremely slow cashier... sometimes I've waited in that line for 15 minutes just to check out.

I've been able to get them when the store opens just by going to the CS counter and asking for it. What's up with CC not actually having registers near the entrance like every other store? It's either the CS counter or the various others laid out throughout the store? I've seen small enough counters that require the cashier to pull out a counter to set the items on first.
 
Yea, Demo, I know why the 5 pm rule is there but it's retarded when I can just go to the Best Buy or TRU that is right next door and buy the game there instead... they are just losing sales purposefully holding it back.
 
I need 1 more credit to graduate... I need to take a basic computer and literacy class and that's the last one I need to take in Spring to get my AA.

They only offer four fucking classes and every single one is full.

Srsly.

What the fuck.

I need to go see a counselor Wednesday and either a) let me take the test to opt out of the class and get a credit for it that way (someone told me it's possible, I doubt it) or b) get a counselor to force me into the first available class.

I'm not getting fucked out of graduating. I've come too far to let one credit stop me.

Yea, I know, but it is dependent on the counselor. I had one awesome counselor I used to always go to who got me into every class I needed this semester even though every class was "full" and I registered a day after school had already started (so I missed the first day of most of my classes).

She is gone though, and the rest of the counselors are douchebag's.

It's ok, I'm just going to go in, demand what I need and, for once, they will work around ME. Like I said, I just busted my ass to finish all my classes, nothing is stopping me now.

If I can somehow just take the test to exempt the class and get my one credit, I could get my AA by Wednesday.

I think my laptop is infested with ants. Ok not so much infested as a few got in there. I was outside with it the other day and left it sitting in the grass so I guess there might have been a few stubborn bastards hiding in there. There have just been a couple I have noticed to crawl out of no where within the past few days. Whatever.

I got some gaming in tonight. Socom is still fun. Going to go pass out and watch the Christmas episode of The Boondocks.
