It's already selling for $70 or so on Ebay, and alot of stores are apparently already selling out.

I think it stands a chance of being rare, espically if the rumors are true that Nintendo only made limited copies of it.

Best Buy online is sold out, EB / GS don't have a listing and whatever they got all goes to preorders.

I can't see Nintendo being that stupid about only making a limited number of copies of it. Especially since it was coming out for the GC before they decided to port it to the Wii.
 
I just bought Manhunt (PS2), The Warriors (PS2) and Metal Gear Solid 2 (PS2), used, for under $30.

I used to own those for Xbox, but I sold a bulk of my Xbox collection.

I'll go back and get Red Dead Revolver later.
