Is this normal practice from 3rd party sellers?
It is the second time I've bought an Xbox 360 game on Amazon that was obviously pulled from a console bundle meaning it is NOT a retail copy. This is further supported by the fact the game does NOT have a MS Security strip and on the back says "Not packaged for retail sale"
The game I bought was Nike Kinect Training.
When you search for the game the listing that comes up (it's not sold by Amazon but fulfilled by Amazon) is the seller I bought it from.
I didn't think I'd have a problem since the listing is fulfilled by Amazon and it is the first listing that pops up.
This has happened to me before and I'm not sure why Amazon allows it. I've even bought a PS Eye before from a NEW listing and gotten a PS Eye wrapped in bubble wrap in a small brown cardboard box sans the original packaging.
Can I return this / open a complaint without it effecting my buyer account?
