So Amazon currently has the LBP2 Move Bundle on "sale" for $99.99, as opposed to the MSRP of $129.99. I'm interested in getting this, but I'm trying to balance waiting versus... well, maybe not getting it.
Mostly I'm trying to figure out how long Amazon is going to have it at this price. I.e. it's released tomorrow, does anyone think that the price is going to jump up to $129.99, and I'll have missed out on the $30 savings? I know Amazon will offer normal games at $54.99 right before launch, and then once the game is out, the price will jump back to $59.99. I'd just buy it tonight, but it's my birthday today, and I'm waiting to see if I get any straggler gift cards in the mail tonight or tomorrow that I might be able to use on it.
I don't actually think I'll see it any cheaper, as being released this close to the holidays I can't imagine Sony or MM would undercut the profits by throwing it on any Black Friday sales or such. Still, it's tempting to see if maybe it gets loaded onto a BOGO sale or something.
I should probably just buy the damn thing, shouldn't I? I just don't want it to go out of stock or something because I waited too long, trying to get a better deal, and honestly, for $99.99, it's a pretty good deal as is. (Despite the fact that it'll leave me with a second Eye Cam.)
