Any 19" LCD w/built in DVD player deals out there? Not to concerned on brand, prefer name brand but under $300 is more important.

if your planning on using this tv your looking for , for gaming, it would be better for you to just get a 22-24 inch monitor. You'll get a much higher quality monitor for 300 compared to a tv of equal price

no, its for my kids, so I can mount it on the wall and they cant touch it.

I have not looked there, but buy.com often has deals on those types of combos. Also check best buy. I think you should be able to get the Insignia brand for that range.
