LD: GTA4 PC $30 & Civ 4: Col $20

I noticed London Drugs had GTA4 for the PC for only $30. It appears to be a price drop on the product, as EB had it for $35.

I also noticed Civilization 4: Colonization is now $20.

These are the lowest prices I've seen for both these titles.

Dagnabbit, I just bought Colonization at Future Shop for $30!

Yeah, it's still $30 online, but the price in store has dropped, at least here.
They probably just haven't updated it online.

Since we're talking about Civ IV, Beyond the Sword is $9.99 at Staples. As is Bioshock (PC).

Locally, I've seen Mass Effect (PC) for $10 at Staples.
