LE Star Wars PSP set for sale.

I am putting up for sale a limited edition white Darth Vader PSP along with the game that came with it (Star Wars Battlefront Renege Squadron), the charger, and I'm even throwing in the 1 gig memory stick and PSP case with it. The case holds the system along with numerous pockets for the UMDs to fit in. I am missing the case for the Star Wars game but it's in perfect condition. Any offers are considered.

Is this at all rare? How much would you want for it...seriously. Would you take less than MSRP for a new PSP?
