I got a brand new copy off of eBay for $42. So it's not a official sale but at least I saved some money.

i would say to hold out for the GOTY coming out soon, supposed to have all the updates and added material and junk.
but if anything, yea, ebay is your best bet for now

Amazon has it for 30 new anything really cheaper then that you could pick up from their used sellers or ebay
