Legend of the SOTM
I'd be curious to see what you didn't like about it.

Let me know what you think of Radical Face and Electric President.

A Fine Frenzy - Near to You
Electric President I dig, but I haven't grabbed Radical Face yet.

They're pretty similar, although I enjoy Electric President more.

- 20KFT
Editors - "All Sparks"
Goddamn I love the Editors.

Wolf Myer Orchestra & Parov Stelar - Femme Fatale (album)
Let's Go Sailing - The Chaos in Order (album)

Psychedelic Furs -Psychedelic Furs

The Good Life - "Haunted Homecoming" - I always find it odd when a songwriter puts one of the best songs he or she has ever written on an obscure compilation instead of an actual album.

The Pernice Brothers - The World Won't End

How Joe Pernice continues to fly under the radar has baffled me for years. One of the best and most consistent songwriters ever.
Weekend Nachos - Punish and Destroy (album)
Just heard a couple "songs" on their MySpace. Hilarious stuff. These gag bands are really awesome.

Still feeling petty? They're nothing new, pretty much straight Man Is The Bastard worship, minus the noise, but they do some damn fine power violence.

Living Legends - The Gathering (EP)
Abdominal - Escape From The Pigeon Hole (album)
Wolf Myer Orchestra & Parov Stelar - Femme Fatale (album)
Jade - Analogic (album)
She & Him - Volume 1 (album) ----listened to this doing the route this morning. Definitely a day one buy

Gasp - An Earwig's Guide To Traveling (album)

Freaked out psych/sludge/grind/pop/power violence/wtf awesome. Spastic and melodic and chaotic and harmonious, all at once.
The World/Inferno Friendship Society – Jerusalem Boys
Great stuff.

The Soft Boys - Nextdoorland

porcupine tree - fear of a blank planet (good band. bland singer)
sun ra - visits planet earth
tim berne - shell game
do make say thing - goodbye enemy airship
mingus - disc 5 of atlantic box set
DJ Food & Paul Morley - "Raiding the 20th Century" (http://www.ubu.com/sound/dj_food.html)

I rarely like DJ mixes, but I'm seriously enjoying this one so far. More of a neat trainspotting thing/lecture than an actual mix, but still fun when it gets going.
I really love DJ Food (one of the best on Ninja Tune) but man do I wish he could get back to doing stuff like Refried Food and Kaleidoscope.

She & Him - Volume 1 (album)
Hello, Blue Roses - The Portrait is Finished, and I Have Failed to Capture Your Beauty (album)
