It's been this price on Amazon for the PS3 version for a while, but the 360 version just won't drop. 
It is a great deal for anyone that has or wants a Rock Band collection for their PS3, though. Lego Rock Band is a lot of fun to play with kids, and as an adult I had a ton of fun playing it as well, even if the songs are geared more towards children. Plus you can export all of the songs into Rock Band 3.
