Are these codes unlocked on LIVE.. or can they be shared? Also, how do I get my Amazon preorder bonus?

Amazon will email you your code in a few days for the preorder bonus. It's most likely unique.

What other code are you looking for? The Gamestop preorder? Anyone can enter a code in game: "The Hollow Lord" for that bonus, it's not unique.

The Amazon code is for the Avatar clothes.

The Hollow Lord code upgrades the scythe weapon in-game. It adds a slight +souls bonus and makes it free (down from 1000 souls).
