Like New Copy of Final Fantasy 7

"You are bidding on a mint Final Fantasy 7 for the Playstation 1, 2 & 3. The case has some small flaws, but otherwise is in good condition."

That isn't mint. You shouldn't lie in your auction.

In case you can't tell, I am new to selling on ebay. I misinterpreted the usage of mint, and it has since been fixed.

At least you corrected things in your auction explanation. Most folks don't even do that. A lot of ebay sellers that I've run in to like to state "mint" and "rare" in every one of their auctions, regardless of the item or its condition.

I wasn't trying to be a dick, I was simply letting you know that mint isn't the right word, as I used it once selling on Amazon, and the user got a full refund because they sided with them that a slightly chipped case doesn't qualify as mint.

Also, just a suggestion. You may want to list if it's the black label original or the GH version. I know you show the GH version, but it's a stock photo. If it is the black label you may want to list that as it will go for a bit more to a collector who would care if it's the BL or GH version.

False, and true.

There is a small and increasing movement for video game grading. With that in mind, even if a game was scratched to hell, that doesn't stop him front saying "Mint" if something out of left field applied, like he doused it with mint spray (or like some eBay sellers, anything is MINT regardless of actual condition.)

I have plenty of mint games that came with flawed cases while still sealed...

Especially during the PS1 era, cracks and little chips were commonplace.

Yea I knew about that but it's so niche IMHO that it can be ignored.

Regarding losing a paypal dispute... Original description was pretty clear. Game is mint, case has scratches. However the "item significantly not as described" pretty much opens up anyone at any time to the chance of losing a paypal dispute. Honestly the best way to defeat this is to use no words in your listing and simply put up a ton of pictures of exactly what the buyer is getting. Then the buyer has absolutely no grounds for that type of dispute.
