Limited Edition SDCC Megaman 3DS Case $16 at Capcom Store

Sucks I missed this...I actually need a case for my 3DS. Hope they put a few more back up. I'd take the Megaman or the SF. If anyone has an extra FS let me know...

I'm starting to get impatient. I placed two seperate orders, one on Friday they other on Monday for these cases and I have charges against my CC and order confirmations but no shipping confirmation.

Is Digital River outsourced? I got a lady who barely could speak english. I called about one of my orders that was placed on 08/24/11 but on the capcom shop webpage it says:

Order date 08/24/11
Creation date 06/11/2011

Anyways I asked her about the order and she said that the "shipping company" had received it today and it should be shipping soon. I then asked her the same question about an order I placed on 08/29/11 and she said the same thing; that the "shipping company" had received it and it should be shipping soon.

Sounds like I'm just being patronized and that she really has no clue what she is talking about. When I've oreder from Capcom before most of myitems ship within 1-3 days... they take forever to arrive but I get a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number usually a day or two before it actually leaves

Yeah still waiting. And I only ordered one of each. Capcom store can't do anything right.

Wait, you created the outrage thread on limited RE cases being reproduced and you're still buying Capcom gear?
 
Wait, what happened? The street fighter case has been OOS for a few days now and now more are in stock. Either some people canceled or Capcom is making more.

I do NOT like Capcom. I do like Resident Evil however. Regardless of the outcome I'm glad I posted that thread; if nothing more then to spread awarness.

I hate gamestop to but if they have the best price/product I'll still shop there.

Most likely BOTH.
 
Considering there's only 18 left I'd say they are from cancelled orders, probably because of credit card issues and such. Same thing happened for a brief period with MM cases. If the authorization didn't go through those orders are probably cancelled and put back in inventory.
 
The fuck is capcom's problem? I ordered this when there were like 100 QTY's available.

I ordered the SF and RE ones. Mine will probably get canceled as well. I had a pending charge on there, but it dropped off and my order still says in process.
 
Glad I checked back so I could grab a SF case! Saw that Capcom is using Digital River for their product orders and shipping. Just to let you guys know that is the same company that handles the Mattel Matty Collector orders and you can google the years of problems associated with them......

I don't care whether the placement of the thread was appropriate or not. My point is that you were heated enough to post how Capcom betrayed your trust, so at the very least, I thought you would be done with buying limited edition accessories from them.
 
fucktards just shipped my order without Megaman(I only ordered one).
What's my recourse in this? I'd like to just shove the orders back to Capcom but they have this no refund policy which they point back to you whenever you contact them.

Can I just ship the order back and get my money back through CC company?

I think he was saying that he dont like capcom, but wanted to inform others of this special order/deal.

Actually someone else put theirs up $99 first so I'm merely competing with that. There's a few trying to sell them at $120+ but I have my doubts they'll all sell as well as the first did. So I'm not killing any market here considering we're basing that market on a single item that sold for $120 when it was the first one posted, they had zero competition. They also set it up as an auction which allowed people to have bidding wars. It's quite possible the price went above what would normally be paid for one (i.e. you can't expect every auction to go for $120+). If I can get $99 for one I'd be just fine with that. I really don't think many people know about these and thus I'm not sure there's a lot of demand out there for them.

You're pretty quick though, I just changed the price like 15 mins ago.

It's certainly possible, but it's also possible that they were able to sell it higher because they ship worldwide. People in other countries will pay a premium to get something like that. They're also a top rated seller with over 1000 feedback. I notice buyers also tend to buy more from such sellers even if it costs them more.

I guess it's something to keep track of. If I sell one at $99, I may increase the price of the other one listed

I put one of mine up as an auction starting at $50. I do hope it goes higher than that but I don't think the demand is that huge for these things. An auction just ended and they only got $60 for instance.

If anyone here is interested in buying it from me for $50 (plus $3.95 shipping) via paypal then PM me. I have bills to pay so I'd rather sell it now at this price then wait and hope for it to sell at a higher starting price. Plus I'd rather a CAG get it :D
 
when attached to the 3DS, is this case loose in the back for anyone else? it also covers up the game slot and stylus a little bit when it's opened.

Mine is like that as well. The top screen is nice and tight, but the bottom once shifts slightly.
 
If anyone has a Megaman case they'd like to trade for an RE or streetfighter case let me know. I'd even be willing to trade a RE Mercenaries case

I bought mine specifically to resell and I made about $80 profit on them, but others have gone for higher too (one recently sold for $130). And I don't really see anything wrong with buying these to own. It's a nice collectible item. I'm sure you've bought something in the past that others would deem questionable or crazy, so maybe get off that high horse of yours.

Also: There's no such thing as "CAGers"

Dang, was looking for a case for my 3DS and I love mega man. Oh well, if they are going for such crazy prices now i probably would've resold it anyways.
