I think I read somewhere that Nintendo and Microsoft requires way bigger run than Sony.
Besides the larger runs, they don't appear to be as friendly in regards to what LRG is doing. I'm not to well versed in regards to MS, but "N" has to get paid no matter what the deal that is in place, and they can be rather crooked in regards to getting to that point.
I don't know how things have changed in recent years, but Brian, the guy who did RCR made it for the Wii, even though it was out on all current systems, he honored his own promise to release it there as well, even though it meant work that he may or may not have gotten paid for.
On the Wii, he had to sale a certain dollar amount before "N" would release the funds. So lets say the figure was $50,00, and he only sold $45,000 in RCR , then "N" would never give him his portion. How BS is that? Even though I can't see them being that bad now, the fact that a company would do some shit like that speaks volumes in regards to business relationships.
The last I had seen, he hadn't gotten paid yet, so he may have reached that number and saw the money, but maybe not. Either way I would think twice before ever dealing with a company like that again, especially when I wouldn't have to. For LRG to deal with "N", I'm sure it would be mostly in their favor, and LRG would get the short end of the stick.
So where I'm sure there are tons of 3DS games, and maybe even a few Wii U ones that could be produced physically, that could benefit all involved, if "N" runs their business behind the scenes as well as they run it in the public's eye, I'm sure LRG is better off not even bothering, as I can't see it ever working out in their best interest, EVER!
