The 360 search results pages generally show the markdowns first. Then game's specific page, then the game's general listing page. The latter 2 may have the Gold price appear and disappear between refreshes for a while after the markdown goes live.

It is truly free for an actual Australian Xbox Live account. It shows Free both on the website and on an Xbox 360 console even after you click/press to purchase it. Get it from an Xbox 360 console if you don't want to bother adding a payment method to the account. Thanks a lot for the find.
