Try manually searching for it on xbox.com. It worked for me in Canada doing it that way.

Chrome does this for me all the time. I usually have to purchase xbox.com stuff in Firefox.

Don't think it is a browser issue.

Microsoft lets the cookies go stale and doesn't know what to do with them, so Microsoft throws an error. The Xbox site has had this problem for years. Microsoft is too lazy to fix it.
