The free version does not show up in the Xbox app.

That sucks. Maybe in a future update it might work for Xbox. It does work on my Roku and of course their website. I haven't tested any other devices.

Ooo I was looking at Super Dungeon Bros a couple of days ago and Murdered: Soul Suspect isn't revolutionary but it is fun.

Probably just started it too early. Also, it seems people without Gold are able to get it. Likely this will stop working after the weekend or an update. In the past I have been able to play the "free play weekend" games after the intended time period as long as I was offline (pulled ethernet). Eventually they will stop working though.
