It seems the difference - the name - is the first (CodeTrader's link) is region locked to US, but Your (this) link is worldwide, so available in most of the regions.

Well it's not here in Sweden, we always get the same as USA. Germany has some very weird restrictions on games. That's why some games are different there than rest of the world
