It varies it seems. I've seen some that claim the Xbox 360 version on Xbox.com too when you grab the Xbox One version on Microsoft.com, but I guess this one didn't. I don't think Frontlines was an official GwG that I'm aware of, well not in the US, seems it was just offered by mistake.

This is correct. Both times the game has gone free recently it was not in the US marketplace, so the best you could do (if you didn't live in those other regions) was just grab the "Xbox One" type license of the game.

Not a huge fan of these particular freebies, but since this was the first time I logged in to the game since it went F2P it was fun clicking through all the free Legacy items I was given. :)

Am I understanding correctly that Live Gold has changed from $60 a year to $120 a year (two units of the 6 month package)? Then they better have that fifth title a month be permanent plus more cuz wow on a 100% price increase.

I think somebody messed up the announcement because the pricing didn't make any sense. You would have actually saved a penny buying two 3-month terms over one 6-month term. If they're the same price, there's ZERO incentive to lock yourself into the longer term. That's not usually how those things work. So they decided to just scrap the idea for now and will indeed try the corrected version down the line.

Absolutely. The price increase wasn't the problem. Everyone does it. The problem was the math. How can you have a 10% price increase on the one month but a 100% increase on the 12 month.

Because the newly proposed pricing also did away with/significantly reduced the “buy more, save more” currently in effect; it wasn’t just a slight price increase (which they probably could have gotten away with), it was a double whammy with a discount removal included.

I agree with you and I also think free play days shouldn't count too if this is the case.

But hey, the topic says List of All Free Content, so yeah, I'm okay with them being posted since the ones who post indicate them anyway. What may not be useful to us may be useful to others :)

Thats weird i thought it auto grabbed both versions when you redeem it. Didn't realize it was possible to have grabbed one but neglect the other.

That's why I can't download some games on my x360, since I redeemed them on my X1.

I always have download errors and corrupted games.
