Those were available last year as part of the stuff you could download from E3 2009. It was taken off the marketplace a few weeks later, and only now they decide to put them back up for download 2 months after the game was released?

Forza 2 has a new Exotic Car Pack sample: 2010 Spada Vetture Codatronca TS
Incredible Hulk Multiplayer Expansion Pack: a coop arena I think.
Tomb Raider Underworld has several free outfits.

Which is probably why it's been the second item on the list in the first post for a very long time now.
 
When people are posting free themes, it would be nice if they specified whether they were regular or premium, since most regular themes look kind of weird on the new xbox setup.

I just got Halo ODST and I was wondering if I have to have a gold account to unlock the avatar clothing through halo waypoint? Or is it just something I can play without it?

Seen from my XBOX 360 dashboard, download an XBOX Live Events Registration Picture, then purchase or rent 4 movies from 5/18-6-14 to receive a free movie ticket.

In Red Dead they have 5 avatar awards that you can unlock for that game. So far i got a sombrero, i haven't done the research to see what else they have.

Is there anyway to tell how you unlock an avatar award in game? I was in a gunfight and got the sombrero but wasn't sure why until reading this post.

South of Armadilo is an area called Riley's Charge. There will be a burnt down building and a chest inside the wreckage. Open the chest to get the award.

I'm pretty sure all you have to do is link your rockstar social club account to your gamertag/psn, that's how I got mine on the ps3.
