In celebration of the Oscars post your favorite performance by a famous actor in a console or PC game.

Since I'm starting out I'd like to point out that Clive Owen had one of his first acting roles in the Wing Commander offshoot Privateer 2: The Darkening.

And I knew at the moment I played that game he was going to be a star. I have a knack for that. i remember seeing Spacey on Wiseguy and instantly knowing he would go to Hollywood.

Rob Schinder actually starred in his own PC game... It was pretty funny, it had a midieval setting and he always got his ass kicked.

the worst voice acting can definitely go to anyone in Evolution:Worlds

I'd have to go with James Woods in SA. He was the perfect voice/personality for Torreno, and imo did the best acting job out of all the cast.

He may not be super famous, but I love Simon Templeman's work as Kain in the Legacy of Kain games.

Robert DeNiro as 'Brick' in Super Break-Out. He had no dialogue but for those brief magical moments you really believed he was nothing more than a short row of pixels. They could spend a whole episode of 'In the Actor's Studio' gushing over that one role in a glorious career.

I'd have to go with Samuel L. Jackson, as Officer Tenpenny.

bruce in spiderman

agree with simon in kain

and vin in riddick (he is a terrible actor and ive never liked any of his movies, but he seems perfectly suited for the slightly camped dialogue of riddick)
