I've mentioned this before... you CAN use multiple accounts to one address as long as they're not dupe orders. In the order I got today, the 360 and controller were on one account, the gaming mouse on the other. Both were place on the 10th of December, so they're recent.
A few things I did, however, so I don't know if this made a difference. I made sure my cookies were cleaned between doing the orders. I also had them addressed to different names (use initials, middle initial, etc.)
And I wouldn't get too antsy right now if some of of your orders haven't shipped.
I ordered a good bit of stuff around that date that have yet to come. The picture frame from a week earlier, the journal/pen set, a t-shirt (which said it was mailed a little while back from the post office... but has yet to show up), and at least two of the Zune accessories were placed either on that date or very shortly afterwards.
