I just got a shipping email for pilates bands I ordered on 3/3. Not planning on using them, but I figure they might come in handy one day.

Yeah, same here. I sort of doubt they will, as I think they might've been testing the waters and when the orders flew in, they upped it. Either that or they made a mistake and willy probably fess up and shell out.

After all, if they refused to refund some of the people tix or whatever on the few items that dropped (Scene-It, I think) on the grounds that they agreed to the ticket amount, they should send through the stuff for the ticket amount that they put up to begin with.

I mean, there's a chance they might refund tickets, but I sorta doubt it over those two items. Not with keeping them up, anyway. GoW/Halo3/whatever else got pulled quickly never to return.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention... I got two emails on an old account a few days ago (from a few weeks ago) saying my tickets for something unmentioned was refunded with no set amount of tix refunded (and then Kameo and 2.5k). I checked the account and it still had a balance of 0. I could care less, as Kameo shipped and I'm almost positive everything I ordered from it came.

I'd just like to take a moment to say I've really enjoyed doing club.live and a good while back I figured if it ended, I'd be happy with the way it turned out. I've gotten a lot of cool and useful things from them I use pretty much everyday like my 360, controllers and games, Zune, keyboard/mouse set, one of the best fitting t-shirs I own, etc. to some stuff I haven't really used but wanted in case I do need it like the Ogio bag and some of the Zune accessories. I just think even with all the negativity over prizes, and the sheer growth in the site and stuff, that it's great that MS is sticking behind this project even if it is for their personal agenda.
 
the umbrella look filmsy as fuck. That shit looks like it would breakdown easy and get blown inside out during a bad rain storm with lot o wind.

Banana Shuffle: A word ladder game where you get two words and have to connect them by changing one letter of the bottom word and work your way up (four words). I played through it once with hints and got two tickets. I figured that it was because I asked for hints, so I did the next puzzle without hints. Still two tickets.

So unless you're both penalized for taking hints and occasionally getting them wrong, which is unavoidable since there can be any number of words that will fit in those spaces, it's not worth playing. Maybe someone with incomparable vocab skills can make it through the game without getting any wrong can see if it's just me or if it's really worthless?

That game was talked about for a bit, but since it only provides 2 tickets per game regardless of the use hint or not it's not really worth it to people who want to accumulate points and/or reach/surpass the daily limit. Otherwise it's still a pretty good game not good but still pretty good.

Its not that hard to read his posts, unless you're not a good reader.

Kinda like how the brain can interpret words by using the first and last letter, even if the middle letters are scrambled.
 
Muzras has calmed down the cheezburger stuff as of late, I've noticed.

On topic, got shipping confo for a pack of cards I ordered on Feb 27th, and I should be getting a controller I ordered in january shortly (I've been bouncing mail to a friend in the US :D)

I just ran into something weird. I was playing through chicktionary hella quick (getting constant capta prompts), when one of them managed to glitched and would reprompt me. I must've tried a dozen or so entries (so I know some were correct) before exiting out of the game tab and opening it up again. Luckily it fixed it, as I have an assload of games yet to play in chictionary and I'd like that Office.

???? I don't understand....the capthas usually screw up even if you know they were correct because some of those dang letters look like numbers and vice versa :bomb:
 
Has anyone here messed with the airline miles on LSC? I'd like to know about them before wasting my time (possibly). About how many miles is a flight, and will the miles work like they're supposed to? I know sometimes they put some ridiculous disclaimer where they are worth one/tenth of a normal mile. Thanks guys.

I've had the same thing happen. I usually try once or twice after I'm sure I got it right but I always end up having to close the window and start again.

Each airline has their own stipulations on what it takes to earn a free flight. Check with your airline's website to find your answer.

I've been doing LSC for about a month now (yeah, I'm really new compared to most of you), and I ordered the North Face Recon backpack on 3/13. Haven't received a shipping e-mail yet. Anyone else who ordered one get anything?

Btw, I'm getting a Zune dock pack near the end of the week (I only have 300 tickets right now) as I stopped playing for a period of time. I notice it includes an AC charger, which is 3,000 more tickets alone?
 
I think (not sure) the More expensive AC adapter is a travel one, smaller and with folding blades. But yeah, I said the same thing. I ordered a Zune the other day and was deciding what to get to go with it.

As far as the shipping emails are concerned I've only gotten them on two items, My Xbox and the cruddy Digital Picture frame. IT might just show up, and recently people have been reporting about a month to get stuff. If I were you I'd expect to see a box on my doorstep in about a week.

The stand-alone adapter is the same size as the one that's included with the Zune Dock (v2) with the folding blades and such. The only adapter that was bigger was the v1, which had the USB port opposite of the blades...
 
WASSUP YALL!! New to the CAG website, glad to become a new member. Been playing club live for a almost 6 months now off and on. I have received quite alot of prizes. Most recent prize i got was the Windows Vista Ultimate. About a 1 month from the date i ordered it i received it via UPS. :D
 
just got my vista ultimate. it seems like the full retail version, but they seem to have stuck a "New Lower Price" sticker on it. and the damn thing is under the clear box seal sticker.

Most airlines translate 1 mile = 1 or 2 cents, thus getting all the frequent flyer miles will save you a whole $40-$80 on a single ticket. Sometimes the airlines don't allow using miles on certain flights, and sometimes they will give you a bonus and make them worth a little more.

In any case, unless you can get multiple LSC accounts to feed in to the same FF account, the FF prizes probably aren't worth it.

I ordered the 1st one today, just need 900 points for the 2nd one. Was going for a 360 but I don't know how long the controllers will be around. I'm going to just keep this account for cheaper prizes that come up and open up a couple new ones to work on big prizes.

About having multiple accounts. From what I understand we just have to use different shipping addresses. But what about names? Does it matter if I use my name with another shipping address?

Yes you're allowed to get both controllers to the same address, and for the multiple accounts i'm not so sure....i know you can have millions of accounts and they won't care as long as its 1 item per house, but thats why its good to have other house to ship too :D

i also just recieved my vista ultimate a few days ago. had that same new lower price sticker on there. I am going to keep it, but how the hell am i going to take off that sticker. its hard as hell! any ideas? :bomb:
