I dont know why people like you get offended when you come to a site called "cheap ass" gamer and people toss out a lower offer, because the point is to find a deal, simple as that.

Is it truely that far fetched when a brand new game only nets you 20-25 bucks MAYBE from places like gamestop? Not really..

Im just sayin...i always get bugged when people get worked up when someone tries to lowball an offer on a site called *cheap* ass gamer.

Using Gamestop to backup your argument really isn't valid. I could buy a brand new game that just released today for $59.99 there and try to trade it in tomorrow and the max they would give me is like 30 bucks. Gamestop is well-known for their horrible trade-in values.

Fact is that these Left 4 Dead goes for $40+ on ebay, used (even minus fees). Quantum and Far Cry 2 are probably around $35 used. This guy offered $20 for each, lol...basically equivalent to spam. How would you like if people posted in your thread offering 5 dollars for your games? Anyway, thanks for the free bumps.

Listen, im not saying that those prices are what they are worth, but to him they are worth 20 bucks and he made the offer. Dont laugh at the guy, that imho is not how you conduct business. There is no law that forces you to sell the game for 20 bucks, but understand when youre on a site like this people will just offer what they feel the value is, to them.

But to laugh at the dude, like i said is just not the proper way to act. Just say no thanks, thats all.

But let me ask you a question, im sure if someone offered you 55 bucks lets say for one of these games you wouldnt hesitate one bit to accept, would you? Or would you say "hey wait a minute...these are used and they are goin for 40, how about 40 bucks, sound fair?"...im sure youd jump right on it and wouldnt look back.

Im just sayin, youre on a site where Ebays price listings are not always the guideline, so dont come here expecting Ebay like offers.
