Original Equipment Manufacturer. Basically, OEM stuff is what computer builders buy. It's cheaper, because the company doesn't offer full support for them. Support is handed off to the builder.

OEM is not refurbish. It usually doesnt come with any manual, disc, or original box

Indeed. OEM is brand-new. It is the same, exact product you would get in the retail box. Sometimes, you will even get any software that is usually bundled, but don't bank on it.
