Logitech rebate reliability?

As long as you make copies of everything before you send it in, I don't think you should have an issue with it.

It's the same company that handles the rebates for Symantec and Sprint, plus some other companies that I can't think of off-hand. I know this from the "El Paso, TX 88554" address you're sending them to. I've done dozens of Symantec rebates through them and only had one go "missing" and faxing them all of the copies of what I had fixed the issue in a fee days.

Their website does give reasonable updates to the status of the rebates, and at least for the Symantec rebates I've received, I usually have my money back from them around 30 days from date of mailing the rebate form into them.

Second what Shrike said, the El Paso address is where my Sprint rebate went and their website tracked it well, it just took 8-10 weeks.
