Give lik-sang a check. I got Blazing Lazers mint/complete from them for less than $10 shipped about a year ago.

Blazing Lazers - $15
Cybercore - $18
Devil's Crush - $40 (!!!)
Dragon's Curse - $18
Neutopia - $15
Ordyne - $12
Sinistron - $20
Soldier Blade - $50 (!!!!)

Soldier Blade is apparently one of the harder to find TG games, and Devi's Crush, while not as rare, is highly sought after. Neutopia and Dragon's Curse are both great games, and Blazing Lasers was one you were looking for :)
