Looking for a 22-27" HDTV

I'm looking for a 22-27" HDTV to use a second monitor to study, play games, watch movies, etc., anyone have any recommendations?

I was thinking about this one:

But I dunno if it's worth it if the refresh rate is only 60 hz

I don't know if you're near a Sears but I know they have been having some TVs and Monitors on clearance. You should check out the Sears clearance thread and your local Sears. I know my sears had some Samsungs but I can't remember the price.

How about a 24" Toshiba 1080p HDtv w/ a DVD player on it for $249.99(+$5 shipping).

It's the Woot deal of the day. I'm even considering it, but someone already told me that even though Woot is now owned by Amazon you can't use your AMZ credit there. Otherwise it'd be a no brainer cuz it'd be about $70-80 out of pocket for me.
