Looking for a beginner Harmonica... which one?

I am looking to spend up to $25-$27 for a harmonica. I havent ever played before and I want to learn how to play. I play guitar, and figure this would be an awesome combo, like Neil Young, Petty and Beck. So, anyone who knows anything about harmonicas, gimme a little advise on which to go for. I am looking for something with the bluesy/folk with the acoustic... (basically like all harmonicas)...
Also the Jambone Harmonica caught my eye, seeing it got good reviews and its like 3-4 bucks...

any help would be awesome...

You might be on the wrong forum for harmonica advice. Unless, of course, there were a harmonica controller for the Dreamcast or something. That being said, find out which one Stevie Wonder plays. It sounds awesome.
