Looking for a cheap laptop that can play a few games

I have a laptop that can barely play any games, it handles torchlight 1 on its lowest settings. It has framerate problems with candy crush, sadly. Its less than a year old and I am selling it. It was bought at staples for a great deal, just under $500 for this:

Toshiba Satellite L855

intel core i7 2.4ghz, 6gig ram.

I figured it could be used for other simple games like league of legends but no, its got horrible built in graphics that were intended for multimedia only. It also does not have a touchscreen or backlit keyboard.

I am looking for a laptop that has a decent processor, touchscreen, preferably a backlit keyboard and the ability to play league and minecraft at the very least. I have a ps4 for the newer fancy games I just don't want my laptop to sputter during flash games. Any brand or model recommendations would be very appreciated. I would prefer 15" or higher. I was hoping to get one during cyber monday but I saw nothing interesting.

 
Hey I am in the same boat as you I have been wanting to play some PC games for years ever since the advent of Steam... the low price deals are killing me!

 
Did you try updating the video drivers from the Toshiba to the Intel drivers(I assume it is an Intel Mobo).

I had a Satelite, I can't remember which one though(it was $800 when I got it though around 2 years ago), and changing the drivers helped in quite a few games I played. I know originally Amnesia is unplayable but updating made it playable on Medium. It made most of the games playable at Medium and a few at high. I know mine had an i7 and around 6-8 GB of RAM so yours does not sound to different.
