I have a friend who is looking for a MP3 player. Here is a list of the stuff he wants

Price: $100 or less (preferably less)
Size: He wants to hold 150 – 200 songs
Movies: Not necessary but would be nice

He would also like one that will hold up nicely and not fall apart quickly and one that would have a good battery life. He said that if there was one that would work with a Linux OS that would be better but if not that’s fine.

2 gig Sandisk Sansa on woot today for 29.99. If you havent used the site before the deal goes away at midnight tonight central time. So if your friend wants this one better strike fast.

Well I showed it to my friend he said it was a good deal but he doesnt have the cash right now he was looking for one to buy in a couple of weeks so if any one knows of a deal that may still be going on at that time please let me know.

yeah... except for that ipod's aren't so friendly with linux
