I actually went with the second one you listed myself 3 days ago from newegg for the same price. The consensus seems to be to go with a 5400RPM because that's what it has built in. 7200RPMs may run slightly faster but also run hotter. Conflicting reports from people say the heat doesn't matter, but others say it'll make the system more prone to die quicker. I just played it safe and went with the standard 5400. I'll find out how much I like it after I install it this week and start filling it up in the coming months.
