I just bought a disc only copy of 
Fatal Frame yesterday, and now I'm looking for the case artwork and the manual.
I checked gamebooklets.com (And emailed them to request it), emailed Tecmo (Haven't received a reply yet, but its doubtful I can get both from them), and made it a top want on my TL.
However, if anyone can find me both, either through a website, trading them, or me buying it, I'd be REALLY happy.
