Looking to get a 120 or 250.

Does anyone have any experience with the 3rd party ones? Heard some rumors that you could be banned from xbox live.
Can anyone confirm this?

Yes, u can get ban from xbox live. u need to get a microsoft 120 or 250gb harddive.
