Looking for a good mid-line computer

Hey, I'm looking for a mid-line computer and monitor with Windows 7 for the in-laws. I've done builds for myself in the past, but since they want the screen and windows with it I decided to look for a tower for internet/light tasks that has some decent speed to it. Looking in the $500-$600 range. Thanks!
